Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, payments will not be refunded. In case of modification or no show on the arrival date, the total balance will be due and the rental will be reallocated immediately. The concerned villas hereafter mentioned are exclusively used for vacation rental, as a temporary residence and for the lessee's use.
